The final specifications, terms of sale, and pricing of any residential plot, luxury duplex, or bungalow will be governed strictly by the official Agreement for Sale signed between the buyer and the developer.

3. Booking, Payments & Cancellation Guidelines

Inquiries submitted on this website do not constitute an offer of sale or confirmation of booking. Bookings for properties inside Innovura Oasis are only finalized upon receipt of the official application form along with the booking advance fee, verified by our authorized sales advisors. Cancellations and refunds of booking advances are subject to the terms detailed in the primary reservation document and relevant Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) rules.

4. User Conduct & Digital Form Submissions

You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information when submitting details via our contact forms or chatbot funnel. Submitting fraudulent, malicious, or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of communication and legal action.
